PSC is a One-Stop Solution for all PS related queries from candidates, staff and managers. The PSC is responsible for ensuring all elements of background package have been accurately run for all new hires in North America (NA). PSC will monitor the entire background check process for each hire, ensuring completion in an accurate and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate should have working knowledge of Workday, RAMCO, other CNX tools.
- Prior experience with background check processes required (is desirable).
- Working knowledge/experience of the Sterling client background check system (or other background check systems ) required. (is desirable).
- Monitor all Background verifications of all North America new hires, ensuring completion in an accurate and timely manner.
- Make formal judgement/decisions on disputed/questionable background results.
- Liasoning with new hires & vendors for completion of pre-requisites before onboarding.
- Should be able to perform the designated activities with high degree of ownership to support business & CNX employees

- Excellent verbal & written communication.
- Detail oriented and excellent presentation skills.
- Strong decision-making and judgmental skills
- Experience implementing Process Improvement Initiatives. Six Sigma experience is a plus.
- Proficient with MS office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Willingness to work in US shifts.
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
