Responsibilities
As a SheSparks intern, you will:
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of the client’s advertising platform and business needs.
- Document and guide client business requirements, key performance indicators, and other functional or technical requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to develop custom solutions.
- Support client developers and third parties during implementation and integration processes.
- Produce and facilitate reporting and content aligned with the client’s digital advertising KPIs.
- Interact frequently with clients via phone, email, and in-person, including C-level executives.
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Communicate confidently and proactively with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
